[Enhancement] Make Agricraft seeds compostable

Mark the special seeds from Agricraft as compostable.

Finally decided to add AgriCraft seeds as BROWN compost. Anything registered in the OreDictionary as "listAllseed" will be tagged as BROWN compost.

Been looking at this. Not sure if I want to make the seeds compostable. I will keep this entry around for the moment - I may change my mind.
