Describe the bug
With Theurgy installed, at least one mod that has a block containing an RF buffer(i used IF for this test), and jade 15.8.3 or newer, Jade will not display the RF buffer in the WAILA HUD. Removing Theurgy OR downgrading jade to 15.8.2 remedies this issue.. Issue applies to any mod using Jade's default plugin for RF(Like IF, EnderIO, and Oritech) does not apply to mods using their own custom plugin for energy display on Jade like Mekanism.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install Jade, Theurgy, IF and any of their dependencies
Load pack
look at an IF block such as Dissolution Chamber
notice no RF buffer shown in Jade

Expected behavior
I should be able to see the RF buffer on any RF block through the Jade WAILA HUD element.
