When using an empty bottle on the top source it will fill from the source underneath even when that source is empty. Only other mod I have that should effect water is Water Control Extreme but it works fine with buckets so it seems to be something wrong with this mod. I am using version 1.12.2-2.0.1

This issue has been fixed for 1.18.2+, older versions are no longer maintained.
