[BUG] Using empty bottle on flowing water (not a source block) fills the bottle... But the water doesn't get drained.

Issue Description

Basically if you use an empty bottle on a non-source block, it'll fill the bottle still.
IF it helps, I am using a thirst mod called "Thirst Was Taken" and a mod called "No more infinite water". Those 2 mods are the ones I think could affect anything with this.
