Issues with reforging

In the new v1.20 release for 1.20.1, when I try to reforge an item, it will successfully change the tier; however, this process does not play any reforging sounds or consume resources (i.e galena and iron for an iron sword). This may be an issue with my custom data pack though as I have not tested this with the default tiers enabled
