Rarity visuals cause the upgrade progress bar on Botania's Terra Shatterer not to display

Tested in Prominence II RPG v2.8.7
See images attached of a freshly pulled from creative menu Terra Shatterer, a crafted one with rarity, and renamed ones to show it's not the renaming/custom text element that does it
Removed Legendary Tooltips entirely and it still happens. Other items lost their Legendary Tooltips (e.g. Nether Star, non-Tierify tools pulled fresh from Creative), as expected.
Tierify implements Legendary Tooltips functionality for Tierify-d tools itself, as per TieredTooltip.java and similar such files.
If I turn tieredTooltip to false in config/tierify-client.json5, with Legendary Tooltips installed, fancy tooltips for Tierify-d tools work, Tierify-specific borders and all. The progress bar on the Terra Shatterer is present as expected.
(Obviously, with tieredTooltip false and Legendary Tooltips uninstalled, no tooltips show up at all)
