[Enhancement] Tags of various guns

I was about to open a pull request, noticing that the datagen part is not open sourced. So I start this issue to make a suggestion to create tags for various guns, for example, forge:guns/pistols for tac:m1911, tac:glock_17, tac:sti2011, etc.

这个建议就是，希望你分别给模组中的手枪、霰弹枪、冲锋枪、突击步枪等类别的武器设置一个tag，可以使用forge的tag系统，如forge:guns/pistols、forge:guns/shotguns等等，也可以用你自己的命名空间。这样可以方便依赖开发和模组联动。
