Tiny Comparators not working like normal ones

Regular Comparator (Normal mode)
Out = Rear x (Left <= Rear and Right <= Rear)

Tiny Comparator
Out = Rear x (Left < Rear and Right < Rear)

In subtracting mode both work the same.
