Scrolling backwards does not loop around from hotbar slot 1 to 9 like it should in vanilla.

Title. Using 1.12, is this a bug you have encountered?

I can confirm that scrolling backward slowly indeed does not loop. Interestingly enough, if you scroll fast enough it does work.

I always scroll pretty fast, and no matter what I do it won't loop around... Not a huge issue I suppose but I wanted to see if there was a fix.
