I get this same error with any Forge version above 1.19-41.0.63. I know Forge 41.0.64 had some fundamental change(s) that "broke" many mods. I was able to recover some mods after Forge 41.1.0 (either they or Forge addressed some of the problems), but this mod still suffers from the same issue as you noted.

I still get this same issue as you mentioned. Been waiting for a long time regarding a pack update/patch for Forge version 4.1.1 which is such a pity because it is an amazing mod that provides so many design possibilities to Minecraft lighting.

I'm also having this issue

The same error occurs if trying to run the 1.19 version of the mod on 1.19.2, which means we can't really use this in 1.19 modpacks (because most mods only support 1.19.2 and not 1.19).
