This is an unofficial port of ToroHealth Damage Indicators, Forge 1.20 compatible.
With ToroHealth Damage Indicators a health bar will appear in the top left corner for the entity in the player's crosshairs.

You should use the original mod in preference if they have updated to this version as well.
