Port of Travel Anchors to newer minecraft version.

Craft -> place -> give it a name -> lock -> use!

Actions:

• Right-click with empty hand: opens GUI with name change and lock button
• Shift+Right-click with empty hand: unlocks
• Right-click with block: set block's texture for anchor
• When standing on anchor, explore nearby anchors and teleport on them by just right-click. Jump and shift also supported for elevator purposes

Craft -> enchant? -> use!

Actions:

• Explore travel anchors when held and use right-click to teleport
• Use with shift to teleport on short distances

New enchantment, only for Travel Staff. Increases range for travel anchors visibility

• Ability to set non-full blocks as texture for anchor
