i'm getting this error log in my server. Please help

Sorry for not replying! Thanks for the log. It's just a warning, so it might be ignorable. Some questions:

• Do you know if there's a particular action that triggers the warning? Looks like players often break blocks after they're killed. Maybe it's related to a gravestone mod?
• Is this causing something not to work? Does chopping still work? Does it cause another mod to break?
• Can you give me your mod list?
