Turns out it was a bug with Yet Another Config Library.

The dev of picoHUB noticed it :D

It's also a bug on coordinates display and picohud so I'll have to report it there too and i've reported it on Quilt's github

Ah, it may be something else then. I just tried with Minecraft 1.19.4, Quilt 0.19.1, and only Treechop 0.17.9, and it seems to work for me.
