Update 1.12.2 version to 0.14

The 1.12.2 version could use some love.

The 0.14.1 update is released for 1.12.2. Things that didn't get included:

Procedural chopped log models
Visual removal of bark from interior log faces
Configurable overrides list to change how items behave when chopping
