adds turtle armor and the netherite version
you craft the turtle armor with scutes
and you craft the netherite turtle armor at the smithing table with the normal version and a netherite ingot
when you wear the full netherite turtle set you can shoot a projectile with the ocean projectile keybind (it's set default to "o")
