When launching this modpack, sometimes JEI works, sometimes it doesn't. For example, two players on the same server, same modpack. JEI shows that only a crossbow can get the quick charge enchant but the other player can see both a crossbow and bow able to get the enchant. If I have a quick charge book and a bow, I'm able to enchant it in an anvil just fine, but players won't be able to know what enchants are possible. This also happens with modded tools (such as paxels and aiots only showing pickaxe enchants rather than also showing sword enchants). With some modded tools, you can't even enchant them in an anvil despite adding the specific tool to the config files.

Difficult to replicate but I'm the player who's never able to see the correct enchants in JEI so I can provide screenshots. I'm also the modpack author so I can give any info about the pack/mods included as needed.
