Config doesn't work much at all. Best case scenario the config will work somewhat. For example disabling sharpness will disable it for everything, except for axes. Often when disabling enchantments, the config doesn't work at all. An example is leech from majrusz's enchantments. Disabling the enchantment literally does nothing. The config also fails to work when adding weapons to enchantments.
This was tested in a clean instance with only universal enchantments, farmer's delight and majrusz's enchantments.
