I will upload my modpack's latest version where it happens which will make it easier to reproduce once all other mod updates have passed the tests.
In general though:

1. Download latest Royal Equines: Petrified Magic
2. Allow profile management
3. update the universal enchants mod to its 3.1.0
4. launch game and see if it crashes you, too.

If this can't be reproduced that way, please wait for the pack update, I'm already on it.
pack can be found on curseforge. Let me know if there's anything unexpected so I can provide mor info if possible.

It also said in the launcher something about "config not loaded" if that helps with finding the cause. (Nothing further, sadly)

Haul back, I tested my updates now and after updating Puzzles Lib too, it didn't occur anymore. Closing.
