Crash when Ore Dictionary Cache config is disabled & no cache exists

Doesn't happen upon removing Universal Tweaks. Running once with Ore Dictionary Cache reenabled and then disabling it again works but this behavior is kind of concerning in regards to whether the config actually disables it (& then whether it conflicts with Tinkers OreDict Cache even when disabled).
