Nanomachines from mod OpenComputers cleared from Player's data when player leaving server.

• This happens only on dedicated server, doesn't happen on singleplayer world.
• This doesnt happens if Universal Tweaks is removed.

Due similar symptoms, this issue may be related to already reported one #397

Comes out it was B:"Disconnect Dupe"=true option.
The reason of this problem is same as here #397 (comment)
