Railcraft beta fix crashes if not using Railcraft beta

I have the 12.0.0 version of RC installed as Computronics crashes with the beta due to API changes. However UT crashes when the beta isn't installed.

You can disable the fix for now in the UT mod integration config under railcraft's No Beta Warning.
