Hi, I got random crashes when flying around in creative mode to check the world gen.

This happens when I saw a entity get stuck inside a block, when I approach it, my game crash to title but able to return back just fine.
I remember this happened in the past as well and also quite random without any specific issue, but in general the previous crash also when I'm nearing an entity which I have killed.
