latest on UT and MU is 2.5.0-rc4

When does the crash occur precisely?

The crash occurs right when I hover any button in the main menu / screen.
Itll crash to the crash screen and then fully close the game

RandomPatches seems to cause this issue, so you'd need to remove it. All significant features are included in Universal Tweaks either way.
