Config Can't sit to pick up all items

Which Minecraft version are you running? Could other mods be involved?

forge version 1.12.2 mod ItemPhysic Full in the config file can not adjust the item because Default = false # Vanilla = false are both false

Configurable Item Entities for 1.12.2 is unsupported, an overhauled version is part of Universal Tweaks now. Please verify if the issue persists and I could look into it.
