Describe the bug
Upon opening the world the Sickle Tweak stops functioning after a random period. This can be 30 seconds, or only after 20 minutes. Turning it off and on in Config doesn't fix the issue, only reloading the world. The issue is not dependent on hoe type or enchantments.

Expected behavior
A 5x5 clearance of crops/grass with diamond hoe, a 3x3 clearance of crops/grass with stone hoe.

• MC Version: 1.19.4
• Mod Version: 1.5.68

Additional context
I have no additional mods or datapacks that should interfere with tool usage.
