Describe the Bug
After disabling the Vigor enchantment by changing its config setting from true to false mid-game, players who previously had the enchantment still retain the extra max health (extra hearts) permanently instead of reverting to their original health values.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Enable the Vigor enchantment in the config (true).
Obtain and equip gear with the Vigor enchantment to gain extra hearts.
Change the config to disable Vigor (false) and reload the game/server.
Notice that players still have the extra hearts despite the enchantment being disabled.
Expected Behavior
Disabling the Vigor enchantment in the config should remove any bonus health granted by it, restoring players to their original max health.
