Enabling the hops enchantment results in the player being unable to get the jump boost effect by consuming any item

• both from potions and food - both vanilla (potion of leaping) and modded consumables of any kind.
• Custom potions created by commands do not work either.
• Throwable and lingering potions work as intended

Disabling the enchantment in the config then restarting the game fixed the issue

*Discovered by systematically removing over 160 mods (lord help me) before finally isolating the source of this issue to this mod
