Sitting on slab/stairs either way it's enabled or not

Describe the bug
I can still sit on slab/stairs either way it's set to true or false in the config

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Pretty self-explanatory i think, enableSit=false you are still able to sit on slab/stairs

Expected behavior
Also pretty self-explanatory, I don't want to sit on slab/stairs
