Describe the bug (Required)
After setting the betterStoneTools option to false, the vanilla recipes are not added instead of the new recipes.

To Reproduce (Required unless not known)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In the vanillatweaks\Crafting.toml file, change betterStoneTools to false
2. In-game, the Vanilla recipes for the stone tools will not work.

Expected behavior (Required)
Stone tools should use the default, vanilla recipes.

Hmm better stone tools and better recipe for stone stairs doesn't work at all. I am sure this is due to some other mod.
