In the latest 1.15.2 version of the mod, the config file is not created on first running of the game with the mod installed.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install mod (done via twitch launcher)
2. Run game
3. Look in config folder (which is created, as expected)

I believe that the config file should spawn, or at least a placeholder.

• Baubles Version (if present) : 2.0-beta2 (Curios API, not baubles)
