Count Spent Points command causes NPE, Doesn't Execute

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a world
  2. Run the count spent points command

Expected behavior
Number of points spent should appear in chat

Command removed, it was for debugging and counting spent points works so.
