You have to travel around to find the symbiote in the mod. A symbiote emerges from the meteors. You have to craft it in a glass bottle and right click. Then, make the sword in the mod, right click and combine it with your own meat on the crafting table. Then you will get hungry and drink it. You will hear Venom's scream inside. Press the X key to transform.
