Maximum character limit in block layers and block replacement prevents certain blocks from being used

What happened
Going into the dimension stack editor and clicking on block layers or block replacement brings you to a screen where you can type any block you want into the text box. The character limit of the text box prevents you from using blocks from mods such as underground biomes, since they have unusually large mod ids.
