voidlings are small, insectoid shulker relatives that you can trade with by right-clicking them with shulker shells. when you do so, they can give you either 1 ender pearl, 1 chorus fruit, 4 purpur blocks or 1 endstone bricks block. they're small, so they have small settlements with 2 human-sized houses which are just pillars with roofs. they also kill shulkers when they come across one.
