If you are like me, you also thinks the rate of which Wither Skeletons drops their heads is far too low. But also, you don't want to just install a mod or datapack that will make every Wither Skeleton drop a head. And after searching for something in between I didn't found anything. So this mod came to life.
This mod intends to be a less cheaty way to get more Wither Skeletons (and other mobs) heads. With it, you'll find a new enchantment, called Vorpal, that can be attached to both Axes and Swords and comes with three levels. Each level will increase the chance of a killed mob to drop its head. In order to be balanced, this enchantment isn't compatible with looting and fortune, so you'll have to choose.
The config option will allow players to tweak the chances to their liking.
