Info:
Minecraft Version: 1.21.5 but i have had this issue in earler versions as well
Mod Version: v1.6-MC1.21.5
Axiom Version: 4.7.1

Description

When Zoom Scrolling while being on either the first or last slot you still can scroll to the axiom slot

I am aware that this is difficult to fix as Axiom is a closed source mod, but maybe the issue can be resolved by getting in contact with Moulberry(The Axiom mod dev)
