[Witchery Bug] Custom Brew Power and Duration upgrades applied only to the first two brews

Description
Witchery Custom Brew potions modifiers (duration and strength) are only applied to the first two potions in the brew, and partially on the third, while all other effect are left with the shortest duration and minimum strength.

Steps to Reproduce
The more detailed is provided, the easier will be to reproduce and analyze the issue, thus more chances to solve it

  1. Throw the following ingredients, in order, in a boiling cauldron filled with water

  • Mandrake Root

  • Nether Wart

  • Tear of the Goddess

  • Diamond Vapor

  • Diamond

  • Nether Star

  • Pentacle

  • Glowstone Dust

  • Blaze Rod
    -Attuned Stone (Charged)
    -Redstone

  • Obsidian

  • Minedrake Bulb

  • Ghast Tear (Regeneration)

  • Sugar (Speed)

  • Magma Cream (Fire Resistance)

  • Blaze Powder (Strength)

  • Cobweb (Reflect Projectiles)

  • Enchanted Golden Apple (Health Boost)

  • Spectral Dust (Reflect Damage)

  • Gunpowder (Splash)

  1. Use water bottle on cauldron to collect the brew
  2. Either in bottle toolip or when the potion impacts terrain, effects are applied partially
