Description
Quark's right-click to harvest feature interacts weirdly and inconsistently with Mandrake Root crops, although differently depending on whether Companion is installed or not.

With just Witchery Resurrected, when right-click harvesting mandrake it will not drop anything most of the time, but occasionally will drop a mandrake item.

With Companion installed, right-click harvesting will sometimes not work, but will sometimes spawn both a mandrake mob and an item, acting almost as a duplication glitch.

This is not a problem if you disable the right-click harvest feature in Quark's config. This is also one of the most infuriatingly difficult to pinpoint bugs I've dealt with, I've spent an hour or two trying to reproduce the behaviour but it's horribly inconsistent; maybe there's something going on with the day/night mandrake stuff? I did change the time via command once or twice.

Steps to Reproduce
The more detailed is provided, the easier will be to reproduce and analyze the issue, thus more chances to solve it

1. Install Quark, make sure right-click harvest feature is enabled. Install Companion to see the more notable bug.
2. Plant, grow, and right-click harvest mandrake crop.
3. It might take a few goes, but eventually you should get strange behaviour.
