Description
Thaumcraft support for aspects is only partially working: entities have aspects just fine but blocks/items do not.

Steps to Reproduce
The more detailed is provided, the easier will be to reproduce and analyze the issue, thus more chances to solve it

1. Make sure Thaumcraft is installed.
2. See that entities have aspects (when viewed with Thaumometer) and that items/blocks don't.

Well I noticed the file that's supposed to handle item aspect registration, so I consulted an expert for advice on the matter and showed them what the file was doing, and they suggested: Listen for the aspect event rather than doing it outside one, as if you do it too early Thaumcraft deletes your registrations.
