[Witchery Bug] Werewolf transform prevents block interactions

Blocks permenantly fixed and cannot be used or broken when turned to werewold form on full moons,

Steps to Reproduce
The more details are provided, the easier will be to reproduce and analyze the issue, thus more chances to solve it
- full moon forcibly changing player into werewolf
- placed down items such as Mekanism Community Addition - Universal cables, Ender IO - fluid, item, energy pipes, Vanilla Minecraft Water source from bucket, Block of Glass. items then become permanent were placed, unable to break, configure, or access interfaces of block.
- Full moon comes to an end, all objects and blocks in loaded chunk of transformation become breakable and functional again, water blocks begin to flow and place correctly again. and the problems no longer continue until the following full monon transformation.

For now, I can't reproduce the issue. I booted a fresh instance with latest forge, W:R, Companion, Mekanism, EnderIO and their dependencies. Used creative medallion to became a level 1 werewolf and set time to night. Werewolf transformation did not prevent me from breaking any block or interacting with any machine.
The bug is probably caused by some interaction with another mod, so please try to reproduce the bug with as few mods as possible and provide the modlist.
Even better if you also provide the (minimal) instance with configs and/or logs
Does it apply only to full moon transformations, or when the moon charm is used, too?
