Users have noticed increased startup time when using WECUI w/ Forge. Apparently, Docter and Zidane stated it may have something to do with stitching.

This is actually a LiteLoader bug and there is already an open ticket for it on the tracker so I'll close this for now since the resolution is in LiteLoader rather than WECUI.
