Just Find Some Iron Ore, Smelt It Into Ingots, Craft At Least 8 Iron Bars, And Find 1 Amethyst Shard OR 1 Lapis Lazuli. Merge It All In A Crafting Table And Now You Have Your Mob Spawner.
