A pack with not too "over-powered" mods.
In this pack you start like normal minecraft, except you should get some hemp for windmills and gather sand, gravel & clay for a kiln, a smeltery & a coke oven.
With those you can start with the mods Better than Mods, Tinkers construct & Immersive engineering.
The pack focuses on making a town with Minecolonies. After getting some resources and setting up base;
You should craft a supply ship/caravan to start your colony.
while building the colony you should progress further in BwM and later getting automated machines in Immersive engineering.
There is also a few of mods for creating more detailed buildings like Chisel & Architecturecraft.
moving source blocks with buckets is disabled, you need aqueducts or pumps to move water long distances
