This modpack started has a joke: "let's make a modpack based on immersive engineerging, and almost no other tech mod".
Now it's in is alpha phase (or might already finished has you read those lines).
Many crafts and mod rules have been tweaked, look at JEI and the FTB buttons (top left of invetory) for help.
Main gameplay mods:
-Spice of Life (warning: the food reduction algorithm is slightly changed, for a better experience, try to figure it out without looking in the config file ;)
-Tough has nails (thirst, body temperature)
-Rough Tweaks (no health regeneration, use of items like plasters or bandages to heal you instead)

-Streams (slightly more realistic rivers and cave rivers)
-Ruins / Doomlike Dungeons / Reccurent Complex
-Nomadic Tents (tent dimention)
-Capsules (transportation of structures in an item)
-WTF's Expedition (cave biomes, different vein of ores)
Main ambiance mods:
-Adventure Redefined Music Pack (and by extent: Ambience)
-AmbientSounds (crickets and birds sounds for days)
-Better Foliage
-CoralReef (because beauty)
-DrCyanos's Lootable Bodies (who dislike plundering corpses?)
