Infinity Spinal Edition is a modpack that I modified for the Spinalcraft Server Network! This has about 600 hours + of testing running multiplayer! While this pack is mainly put together for ease of access for our players, I am sharing it for anyone who wants to have an experience with a well-balanced modpack that can be played for a significant amount of time! This pack works both well with a server and for single player!
This modpack features a variety of tech, magic, crops, and building mods that are attained throughout the game! From early game stone age ore doubling to late game super factories, this is sure to please those techies out there! Auto crafting from several mods complements both the tech and the magic side of this pack! On the magic side, whether you prefer to play with flowers or dive into the more mystical arts, you should be pleased. If agriculture and growing everything is your purpose in life, this pack has it as well! On the plus side of this pack, where I find most fall short, is building aesthetics mods. From arches to circles to triangles of any block in the game, if your in the game for building something that looks amazing, well ...... this is for you. This pack is balanced around having a wide variety of things to do, and making it all look good while your doing it!
What this modpack is not:
-This isn't a quest-oriented modpack. This is designed to be a well balanced, option loaded, survival pack. One thing I tell people is if they have a hard time running thru modded survival, look at your achievements! Use that as your quest book, and honestly, you'll get somewhere!
-This isn't a lite pack. For those of you unfamiliar, lite is a term we use to describe a modpack that can run well on lower end pc's and has a smaller amount of mods. This pack is a heavy modpack and thru future updates may grow by 10+ mods.
My vision for this pack:
Simply put, I am not out to make a mainstream modpack. This pack, as stated before, started as a project on my server network, and I wanted an easy way for my players to be able to update, download, and keep up to date on the pack! This pack, however, can be played by anyone! Anyone who wants to use it can, make your own servers, modify as you see fit!
Disclaimer
I do not own any mods in this modpack. Each mod has had countless hours put in by their authors and I cannot stress enough that they deserve every ounce of recognition they get for their work. I am in full support of making the community aware to only download from recognized sources such as here at CurseForge! Our community needs to be safe and our mod authors need to be recognized! If you find duplicates out there, please do report it to the rightful mod authors!
Compatibility Notes
FastCraft (a mod that increases performance within Minecraft) is not included in this pack but does function perfectly fine in the absence of Optifine.
Optifine is unstable with this pack. MSI branded GPU's seem to have an issue running this pack with Optifine and get frequent crashes. If you choose to use Optifine, and see frequent crashes, please try removing optifine if possible.
I have not found any huge mod incompatibilities as of yet. If modifying this pack and you get a frequent crash, do see if the new mod you added is in conflict. As stated earlier, this pack has 600 hours + in a multiplayer setting of testing and running and is super stable.
