Manalith is a Forge 1.16.5 modpack aiming to overhaul many aspects of Minecraft, and improve on existing content of the game. It includes famous mods from the likes of Lycanite's Mobs and Create, and including many other famous or less known mods I have found fun to play with. With adding over 130+ mods to the game, and planning to add more mods (if they don't conflict of course), I believe that players will have a whole lot of exploring and looting ahead of them.
I will work on this when there are issues, and when I find great additions to this modpack. I will also answer questions and concerns in the comments should I get to them. I implore you to try this modpack, and to see if you enjoy my way of playing modded Minecraft.
