There a lot of "Better Minecraft" around, but this is the best ;)
You get Vanilla Minecraft with as many Quality of Life possible, without ever making anything trivial.
Better tool, backpack, storage, magnet, better food.
No crazy flying, no auto crafting, no quarry.
There 3 mod that are not in for QOL, but content : Botania, Create, Immersive Engineering.
They represent the spirit of the pack : help do stuff, no 1 block machine wonder, fitting esthetics.
You also get a lot of pet/NPC : CC Turtle, Better Dog, Rats, Minecollonie.
