[Forestry] and [Project E]'s Compatibility Problems

Breaking the leaves(from [Forestry]) with Red Katar(from [Project E]) MAY cause the game(or the server) NO DROPPING anymore, unless restart it.

Actually, I think the fix is working.

I am currently attempting a fix, but due to how the katar works it may not be fixable
