I tried all of hotfixes of 0.18.0 version of this modpack and none of them seem to launch. Console stops outputting anything, it just hangs. I am using jre1.8.0_451.

Okay, I have found out that that is a problem with HammerLib itself - their anti-tampering measures to be exact.
